Following the smoketest I have came to creating a new Ear 5 project. 
After creating the project it was not shown in the Project Explorer but it was shown in the Navigator

I have experienced the bug several times in the past, but now that I try to debug it, could not reproduce it even once.

Doesn't seem to be reproducible anymore.
