Steps:
1. Install JIRA connector through discovery wizard
2. Restart
3. Revert configuration to previous one
4. Restart, verify that JIRA connector is not available
5. Open discovery wizard

Only Trac is shown although JIRA should be available for installation again.

Works for me with the latest from CVS.  I tried installing/uninstalling/rediscovering both JIRA and Trac connectors and it all works as it should.  Please reopen the issue if the problem comes up again.
