Description David Whiteman CLA 2009-05-20 00:08:04 EDT
CMDBf has gone through some updates since the last published draft, and the new draft will be posted on DMTF. COSMOS needs to update its CMDBf support so that it's compliant when the new draft is published.

This effort will be broken into multiple workitems, spanning COSMOS components, as will be noted in the design document.

Marking as "future", as we don't have committed resources to work on this in i6, which is the last iteration for new development in 1.1.
Comment 2 David Whiteman CLA 2009-10-08 22:03:15 EDT
The latest version is 1.0 on DMTF, published in July (?) 2009. Since we've already had a 1.0 of CMDBf in our codebase, we will have to come up with some way around that when we implement this.
Comment 3 Jimmy Mohsin CLA 2009-10-09 08:00:07 EDT
The latest CMDBf spec on DMTF is dated 6/25/9; and situated at http://www.dmtf.org/standards/cmdbf/.
