I frequently use the 'CVS synchronize' toolbar button from the Java perspective. 
 This opens a SynchronizeView in the Java Perspective.  However, I use the CVS 
perspective, and it would be nice if the 'CVS synchronize' action could be 
configured to switch perspectives instead of opening the SynchronizeView in the 
current perspective.
