patch to solve backspace & missed digit key in problems

Build ID: 3.5M6

1) Backspace does not change the value on the server side.
2) If you modify the value by typing in digits, if 500ms threshold has elapsed, spinner missed the subsequent digits.


We have a calculated field on the form that uses the inputs from other two spinners on the form. Ex: "Value", "VAT Rate" fields to "Value inc VAT" field.

We noticed the above flaws in spinner. I think if the change listener is instanlled on the text field we are fine. 

Attached patch solves the issue by implementing the changes above
