We removed the p2 repo when we opened bug 274025... When/if that gets fixed, we should re-enable p2 for Babel.

Now that bug 274025 is fixed, I installed Eclipse SDK I20100209-2300 on babel.eclipse.org and re-enabled the steps to generate the p2 metadata and to add the non-greedy tags.
