Add definition pages for explaining

What is a 
	plug-in
	feature
	update site
	extenion
	extention point
	
	
and other PDE related terms, if missed above.

Also, update their references in o.e.pde.doc.user\context_PDE.xml 
note: These help pages existed till Eclipse 3.0 but disappeared later on.

WIP Patch

Curtis,

The patch has two sets of defn pages. Just check them and let me know which ones to keep. i will clean them and add the contexts accordingly.

Updated patch

This patch reduces the previous patch to only have one page for each concept.  I added the concepts section to the ToC and fixed the copyrights and headings in the files.  The pages themselves could definitely still be improved, so I will work on that tomorrow.  We also need to add links both to and from the new files.

I fixed up all the pages, improving the text and adding links.  Committed to HEAD.
