HttpCore has GA'd at 4.0, we should update the bundle to Orbit and use it in ECF

Well, both naturally. :)

To work on the provider for httpcore 4 see

plugins/org.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.httpcore

on extssh:ecf1.osuosl.org:/home/cvs/ecf

This project points to the httpcomponents bundles in Orbit.
