Patch (work-around). 

Work-around and updates to the model generation documentation.

This patch has been tested with URL Recording, Java Profiling, and test execution with success.

This patch checked in to CVS (HEAD).

Given https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=275476#c4, requires the work-around patch to be backed out and the model to be regenerated using the EMF/XSD build containing the fix for 275476.

The work-around patch has been backed out from CVS (HEAD), the model has been regenerated using the EMF 2.5 I200905121800 build (containing the fix for 275476), and the attached patches are checked in to CVS (HEAD).
