steps to reproduce:

1. Create Enterprise application project version 1.4
2. Create EJB project 2.1 and select option to include it in the created ear.

I forgot to mention, but ejb module folder also appears twice.

You really need to be setting these reported versions, or even MENTIONING them, and not setting the target milestone as that's what the assignee does.

version is in the subject.
there is/was no 3.0.5 for reported version yesterday.
