Description Chris Jaun CLA 2009-05-07 10:35:26 EDT
Build ID: WPT 3.0.5 - 20090507

Steps To Reproduce:
Create a static web project.

The WebContent folder has a ./JS folder under it. All sub folders have the JS decorator on them even if there are no JS files in the folder.

Any sub folder under a source folder that is marked as a library does not display its contents.
