The desire is to have a simple installation process that allows for the discovery component to install on Eclipse 3.4.
Currently due to significant differences in P2 between Eclipse 3.4 and 3.5 the intent it to have discovery working only on Eclipse 3.5.  Thus investigate if the discovery plug-ins could be made to install cleanly on 3.4 and disable their function.

Installed and disabled into Eclipse 3.4.2
