Fixes all compile issues due to MWE changes

Due to some changes in MWE the Xpand and Xtend middleend and their related unit tests need to be modified to adhere to the changes in MWE and the Xpand frontend (changes in WorkflowContextDefaultImpl and AbstractExpressionsUsingWorkflowComponent)
