Open a .product file in the editor
On the configuration tab, add a plugin with a start level
Click somewhere else to make the edit boxes go away
Try to go back and change the start level.

You can't change the start level (or autostart).  Clicking on the startlevel or auto-start columns does nothing.  Clicking on the plug-in id gets you edit boxes but they disappear when you try and change them.

I'm assuming this is a dupe of bug 274889.
