See the attached screenshot. 

I think that this large area left for the facet description should be utilized better: by wrapping the text and avoid having horizontal scroll bar.

It does wrap, but it looks like the are layout issues that cause it not fit in the available space when it could.

Changed my mind. The text wrapping problems on facet details panel are unrelated to other layout issues on the panel. Making this an independent issue again.

I'm relatively sure this is no really still planned for 3.1.1, so changing to 3.1.2 to off "current" list. Feel free to correct (e.g. if already fixed, or not even maintenance worthy).
