Patch to the workflow runner

Avoid NPE running the workflow runner outside eclipse (for example build by maven)

NPE is fixed, but there are still an issue with replacing MANIFEST.MF by Maven. We should try to prevent this.
Futhermore fetching the Bundle version in WorkflowRunner is a bit confusing. I will create a new bug to this.
