* Create a Java project
* Edit the build path
* On the "Libraries" tab, press "Add Library"
* Select "JUnit", press "Next"
* Choose either JUnit 3 or JUnit 4, both result in errors

See attached screen shot where spaces are translated to "%20".

Regression: got broken by switching to use P2Utils.
