XP will stack 3 more running instances of the same program togethre on a 
single task button.

For example.  Open Explorer 3 times.

When we do this with Eclipse the "Eclipse" name gets replaced with "javaw" and 
the icon gets replaced with some Windows system icon.

No doubt this happens for "free" since it is really javaw that is running.  
However, maybe the launcher can do something clever?
