It often occurs to me that I forgot to disable a previous breakpoint when 
launching a new debug session. Therefore, I will sometimes hit a previous 
breakpoint I did not expect, and since the step icon (=>) hides the breakpoint, 
it can become misleading.

Maybe the step icon should be more transparent to accomodate existing marker in 
the ruler.
