Create a Dynamic Web Project , then go to Web Perspective. There are 2 "JS" folders under WebContent, don't think they were there until just recently. Was smoketesting http://build.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/wtp-R3.0-M/20090423065851/M-3.0.5-20090423065851/ & http://build.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/wtp-R3.1-I/20090423062751/I-3.1-20090423062751/ which both have the extra folders.
For web service we are creating a folder names "wsdl" under WebContent but it appears under a "./JS" folder now so is hidden from user as compared to before. Not sure why adding a folder to WebContent via New Folder wizard shows the folder right under WebConent, while programmatically adding the folder shows under "./JS" container? Expect this is a bug with this new container?

Like bug 275315, this can be solved by reverting the fixes for bug 270274 and bug 272495. The first made the WebContent folder a JS source folder, involving our Common Navigator content provider, and the second tried to remove duplicate results from merging the JS model objects and the workspace resources. Reverting the two will take us back to where we are in 3.0.5 RC1 (post bug 275315).

Reverted changes in org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.internal.ui.navigator.JavaNavigatorContentProvider, org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.internal.ui.packageview.PackageExplorerContentProvider, and org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.web.core.internal.project.JsWebNature.
