The documentation of the xsd typesystem needs to be migrated from the openArchitectureWare, where is is available as the "XSD Adapter Documentation"

xtend.typesystem.xsd Documentation 0.1

This patch adds the documentation for typesystem.xsd to org.eclipse.xpand.doc. This contribution (including this documentation) has just been IP-approved: https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3116

The patch contains binary files (png images) and I got some warnings that this might cause trouble. If it does, let me know, and I'll attach them zip'ped.

The patch does *not* integrate the typesystem.xsd's documentation with the rest of the documentation... I didn't touch that since the docbook-to-html generation process didn't work for me.

however, the images contained in the patch went broken. This zip contains them again, could you please re-add them to /org.eclipse.xpand.doc/src/5.0/content/xsd_tutorial?

and *not* to
/org.eclipse.xpand.doc/images
