With JPA 2.0 introducing javax.persistence.Collection table we should deprecate our previous EclipseLink specific one.

- Add useful JavaDoc comments from the EclipseLink version onto the spec one.
- Ensure the deprecated EclipseLink version clearly documents where it can be still used versus the spec version
- We should have tests for both until the deprecated on is removed
- Need to add as deprecated feature in http://wiki.eclipse.org/EclipseLink/Release/2.0
