The border of the table does not work correctly in PDF when page break happens.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Preview the attached report design in PDF.

Expected result:
At the bottom of page 1, the horizontal line is aligned.

Actual result:
At the bottom of page 1, the horizontal line is not aligned.
