On the Project menu, there are the options 'Rebuild Project' and 'Rebuild All'. 
It would also be useful to have a 'Rebuild Working Set' option. A developer may 
have different working sets set up for each of the projects (real-world 
projects which may consist of multiple Eclipse projects) he or she is working 
on. They may depend on each other, but the developer may only want to build 
those Eclipse projects that are within the current working set. It can take a 
very long time to rebuild all of the Eclipse projects.
