With the building success of eclipse-build (no pun intended), let's ensure we come up with a way to get the tools and scripts we have into a form suitable for consumption by Linux distributions.

I guess we should add some sort of documentation to our main index.php or downloads.php.  I'll do this.

Commented-out changes have been committed and will be un-commented upon release.
