Steps To Reproduce:
1. Goto Babel project website (http://www.eclipse.org/babel/)
2. Click Downloads then click link for "Babel Language Pack Zips"
3. No language pack downloads for ganymede or europa are listed.


More information:
The ganymede language kit downloads are missing from both the zip file download site (http://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/babel_language_packs) and the update site (http://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/ganymede).  They have been down all week.  There have been several users posting messages about this problem in the newsgroup since Monday (04/06) with no response.  I am filing this as a bug against the Babel project website given the lack of response in the newsgroup.

I have the same problem and really need the translations for a RCP project.

All the language packs are now there.  There is a problem with our p2 site generation, but I will fix that separately.
