... even though it implements IAnnotationCapable.

All of the Annotation methods throw an Exception saying "I don't support this".

According to Eric :

The annotations support for Iargument wasn’t implemented because Iargument couldn’t be adapted to URI ..... The adaptation to URI from/to Iargument is now in, which is a req for annotation support.

So it could probabaly be straightforward to add.
