After a restart with last I-build,
NLS missing message: CacheManager_Neither_0_nor_1_found in: org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.metadata.repository.messages

NLS missing message: CacheManager_FailedCommunicationWithRepo_0 in: org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.metadata.repository.messages

NLS missing message: CacheManager_AuthenticationFaileFor_0 in: org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.metadata.repository.messages
