Hi, 

I'm working on bug 268733, in order to provide a webstart example for the nebula project. 

My question is : what is the best place to host this at eclipse ? 

We probably can use download.eclipse.org, but it may be difficult to use mirrors since the jnlp file requires a codebase url : Everything will be fetched from the same site. 

Is there any webstart application currently hosted on eclipse we could take as an example ?

I don't think we have other webstart applications here, but download.eclipse.org is as good a place as any.  If you have other questions, please contact webmaster@eclipse.org.
