The modal dialog that can go to the back

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open a modal dialog on an embedded Shell.
2. Click on the AWT component.
3. The dialog moves to the back.


More information:
The fact that the AWT dialog still receives events can be worked around, but the fact that the dialog moves to the back is a nasty problem.
