Remove work-around for defect 180262.

Once SWT defect #226973 is resolved, remove the work-around delivered in defect #180262.

Added a new test case to /org.eclipse.hyades.test.ui.datapool.tests/manual/datapool/Test.UI.DatapoolEditor_editing.testsuite for the symptom addressed in 180262.

The attached patch and test suite checked in to CVS (HEAD).
