CDT 6.0 has a dependency on ICU4J (bug 254200).  In order for RDT to work with CDT 6.0, we need to add ICU4J replacement jar to the remote server packages.

The updated patch also updates the build script to include the latest version numbers of the Eclipse and CDT plug-in dependencies (Eclipse 3.5M6 and CDT 6.0M6).
