Description:
Headers/Scope does not work for crosstab cell.

Build number:
2.5.0.v20090316-0939

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a crosstab binding to the data cube.
2. Select one row header cell and go to Property Editor->Advanced.
3. Set value for Headers/Scope.
4. Preview the report in HTML and check the HTML source.

Expected result:
Headers/Scope works.

Actual result:
Headers/Scope does not work.
