We currently have tests failing in the build regarding join tables.  There appears to be an underlying problem in the code related to specifying join table defaults.

In the UI if you have a m-m in the orm.xml that has nothing defined.  The Join Table radio button is selected.  When you edit the join table name, or the join columns, nothing is added to the orm.xml file. No exceptions are in the log.
