Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a JavaScript project.
2. Open the JavaScript perspective - the nodes show up correctly in Script Explorer.
3. Open up the JavaEE perspective - the JavaScript Resources node shows up as an error in Project Explorer, indicating no label provider.
