Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open Target preference page
2. Click "Add..."
3. Select "Template" option
4. "View Template" button is not enabled. Click it.
5. Nothing happens

Select a different value in Template Combo. The View Template button will now start working.

Correction. Step 4. Typo. 

4. "View Template" button is NOW enabled. Click it.


Also, If "Next" button is clicked, the wizard shows an error "Target extension does not exist: null"
Which is not the case, because, it will work fine if some other template is selected in the Combo and then back to the original template.
