In the Available Software dialog, I selected a site that I evidently hadn't used before (I thought I had, but maybe not).  It was http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.5-I-builds .  When I picked it, the entire UI thread of Eclipse seemed to lock up.  The rest of my open applications were fine.

Of course, now that I try to reproduce this, I don't get UI blocking.  Sigh.

Since this is the I-build site, I believe this is the "composite repos don't eagerly load" problem.  I think that the child repos were loading during a query and this could indeed lock the UI.
