Description Yann Tanguy CLA 2009-03-10 06:31:00 EDT
Masking the qualified name can save some space in diagrams.

The qualified name appears to be shown (default) in any case. Showing the qualified name only when the apparent owner (in diagram) differs from real owner (in model).
ex :

Model ClassDiagram

M1
	|_ ClassDiagram
	|_ P1 -> Do not show qualified name if P1 appears directly on diagram (or in M1 graphical representation)
			|
			|_ P2 -> Do not show qualified name if P2 appears in P1 figure / show qualified name if P2 is represented outside P1

Manual representation modification should still be allowed after creation (or dnd in diagram).

This behavior is already available through the graphical properties tab.
It needs to be implemented in the preferences.
Comment 2 Patrick Tessier CLA 2010-05-05 05:13:45 EDT
the qualified named can be managed in the preference view
