A Discoverer to models conforming to KDM Source

A basic discoverer from File System to models conforming to Source sub package from KDM metamodel.

Produced models represent Folders/Files hierarchy.
Such models will be appropriate along with other MoDisco-vered models or within other KDM discoverers.

The Discoverer itself accepts three kind of entries :
- a java.io.File instance
- a Eclipse Workbench folder
- a Eclipse Java Project

A contextual menu on Workbench projects/folders allows to generate and open new models with .kdm extension.
