1. Create a new product configuration.
2. go to the configuration tab.
3. Close the editor and reopen.

Expected:  It should reopen to the configuration tab.
Observed: It opens to the dependencies tab.

Patch

Configuration Page and Dependencies page had the same id, 'plugin-configuration'. Hence Dependencies page would open even when configuration page was the last opened page.
