N20090212-2000.

If I add a new method to org.eclipse.ui.dialogs.SearchPattern (from org.eclipse.ui.workbench) I no longer get the error/warning that the @since 3.5 is missing. This works fine in 3.5 M5 and I20090211-0900.

Tried with N20090215-2000 and it is still broken. Even worse: it removes existing Missing @since tag errors on incremental build.

Clean + build adds the old and new errors back, but next incremental build removes all of them again.
