Enhancement bug 252613 added the new versions of the Java EE 6 facets. However, the Java EE 6 support has been deferred from the WTP 3.1 plan. Therefore, the change that introduced the new facet version must be reverted before releasing M5.

I'd like to request the PMC to permit this change just before releasing M5. 
The patch reverts the changes done when Java EE 6 facets were introduced. Since the Java EE 6 support has been deferred from the WTP 3.1 plan, there is no sense to release these facets. They even can cause problem for adopters who want to introduce Java EE 6 on top of WTP 3.1.

Thanks for the 'notice' but, for the record, PMC approval isn't required for milestone rampdowns. Just Project Lead ... and I'm sure Chuck would approve this one :)
