Creating a section with content leads to an erroneous behavior when it is first displayed. It shows parts of the real section content while the section is folded.
After the first click on the twistie everything works as expected.

In SWT the widgets with size ( 0, 0 ) are completely invisible. The initial layouting relies on this to hide the section client and description control when it is initially collapsed. Some qooxdoo widgets are still visible when the size is ( 0, 0 ) - see bug 265809 and bug 223873. The workaround is set the visibility of the section client and description control explicitly.

Remove the workaround due to generic fix for bug 299914.
