Putting this on hold for now after a conversation with Barb from the IP team. We need to figure out how to convert the existing 800+ entries in the IP log to the automatic IP log before we can start using it.

Wayne, I would like to go ahead with this before we move bugs to new Bugzilla products. Not sure how we can best approach this. 

Do you want to run the script and send me a list of bugs that can't be resolved automatically? Then I can clean those up and you we can run it again and iterate until everything checks out?

Unfortunately we haven't flagged contributions that were applied in Mylyn 3.4 and earlier releases. These attachments are still tracked in the mylyn-iplog.csv file. We have create a tool to semi-automate that but I haven't gotten around to run it.

We don't have plans to pursue this further.
