The following changes are needed to bring WikiText out of incubation:

* heading 'WikiText Stand-Alone (Incubation)' should be updated to 'WikiText Stand-Alone'
* help link for WikiText wiki page should be updated to point to a non-incubation URL such as http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn/FAQ#WikiText (currently it points to http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn/Incubator/WikiText)
