Steps To Reproduce:
1. tar zxvf eclipse-cpp-ganymede-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz
2. start Eclipse with ./eclipse -data [workspace name] -showlocation -vm /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun/bin/java -vmargs  -Xmx758M



More information:
When I start Eclipse as seen above, it aborts. I'm attaching the log file.
I"m on an Intel64 Ubuntu system.

Linux nht7503 2.6.24-16-generic #1 SMP Thu Apr 10 12:47:45 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Please attach the log file.

What versions of Firefox and/or XULRunner do you have installed? What version of Ubuntu are you on?

Hi. 
>firefox -V
Mozilla Firefox 3.0b5, Copyright (c) 1998-2008 mozilla.org
I'm not sure about XULRunner. Please tell me how I can look it up.
I believe I am on Ubuntu 8.0.4.
I also tried with 
eclipse-cpp-ganymede-SR1-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz
and saw the same problem.

Please install Firefox 3 final and remove Firefox 3.0b5. If you have any beta versions of XULRunner 1.9, remove those too.
