Revise the Branding help topic (RAP Developer Guide -> Advanced Topics -> Branding)
* the current content about the body attribute is inaccurate. Not a "valid (X)HTML page" but an HTML snippet must be specified. Moreover a resource that contains the HTML snippet is to be specified.
* how to add (and register) images to the body is no t covered, which is a very frequent use case
* add a hint to include resources in build.properties, a typical deployment pitfall
