working through tutorial "Creating an Eclipse plug-in", the tutorial refers to click on "Help->Software Updates-Find and Install...". There is no "Find and Install" menu coming off software updates. It goes directly opening "Software Updates and Addons" window.

This is more work than I expected.  The cheat sheet goes over how to add the site, install it, check the installation result and uninstall it.  All of which have completely changed with p2.  Furthermore the p2 UI changed during M6 (to use the about dialog), so it isn't even stable yet.  Pushing to M7.

Patch with updated steps

Curtis, please review this one closely. Steps/sub-steps have been updated as per new UI. I have added new sub-steps to verify feature and its license.
