Brand new installation. 
1.I have reported bug 260508
2.I have reported bug 260510

I have deleted my installation and started from scratch
I have reproduced 260508
I have reproduced 260510
I have created a new dynamic web project 2.4. Exit. Start again. Deadlock occurred.

Stacktrace taken and saved with http://adaptj.com/. Stack trace attached. 

Since blocked threads are from org.eclipse.jdt.launching.* creating in this compoent.

I have killed the locked installation and started it again.
