The remove from context action is visible in the editor popup menu in the wikitext editor (and others) but should not be present.

I think that this comment was related to 'Remove From Context' appearing at the bottom of the context menu in the WikiText file editor.

on second thoughts, this was the context menu from the new comment area in the task editor.  I'm not seeing it any more.

Looks like this has been fixed.
